By continuing, Applicant represents that it is submitting this registration on behalf of a duly registered business and that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

Submission of this application does not authorize Applicant to purchase, market, advertise, resell, or distribute any WYNNPHARM products unless and until the account is reviewed and approved by WellnessRow and/or WYNNPHARM.

If approved, Applicant agrees that all purchases and account activity will be governed by the WellnessRow Sales Account Terms and Conditions, WYNNPHARM’s Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States, and any applicable Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.

Applicant further certifies that any reseller certificate, tax exemption certificate, or similar documentation submitted is valid, accurate, and lawfully issued to Applicant’s business. WellnessRow and/or WYNNPHARM may rely on such documentation to waive sales tax where permitted by law, and Applicant remains solely responsible for any taxes, penalties, interest, or liabilities arising from invalid, expired, inaccurate, or improperly used documentation.
