Typically, we recommend undertaking the program for a full three months if it is your first time cleansing. However, sometimes only one or two months may be sufficient. After your initial 90-day cleanse, you can detoxify your body at regular intervals: one a year or every six months. Do this by completing the program again, but for only 30-60 days.

A full cleanse – lasting 90 days – is recommended once a year. (A good way to remember this is to start it on your birthday – it makes a great gift to others or even to yourself!) After the initial 90-day cleanse, it is good to continue taking the Colonix® fiber daily. If you do this, an annual cleanse will be sufficient.
