Each Tea Bag Contains:
Senna leaf, Buckthom Bark, Fennel Seed, Chamomile Flower, Peppermint Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root, Milk Thistle Seed, Rose Hip Fruit, Uva Ursi Leaf, Natural Passionflower Flavor, and Natural Citrus Flavor.
Suggested Use
- Days 1-5: In the evening, steep 1 tea bag in 1 cup of hot water for 1-2 minutes.
- Days 6-30: Steep 2-6 minutes and take every other day or less frequently.
