There is a total of (4) caplets, in which two (2) AM pills are taken in the morning and the remaining two (2) PM pills are taken in the evening (10 to 12 hours later).

Glucosamine Sulfate

While many products today use different versions of Glucosamine, such as Glucosamine Hydrochloride, InvigoFlex® GS specifically uses Glucosamine Sulfate as it has been proven in many different studies. Glucosamine Sulfate is one of the most popular and proven ingredients used to help with joint discomfort.

With InvigoFlex® CS, we set out to include the very best Chondroitin ingredient. Our Chondroitin Sulfate is one of the most researched on the market. It was used in more than 40 preclinical, clinical and epidemiological studies.

The typical Chondroitin Sulfate that you find in the market today may use different chemical structures, especially on the levels of richness, molecular weight, dosages and impurity profiles. This means, you may find Chondroitin Sulfate ingredients that do not contain the recommended dosage of 1,200 mg and may contain purity levels of 90% or worse. Our Chondroitin Sulfate uses the recommended dosage found to be the most effective in studies while also containing max purity levels of 95% - 105%.

Boswellia Serrata

However, the most popular use of Boswellia Serrata is in joint health as it supports normal joint functions and mobility.

Curcumin (Turmeric)

Curcumin, also known as Turmeric, has a long history of uses to address many different health conditions, including supporting joint health. It is a plant that grows in India and Indonesia and is related to the ginger family. Curcumin has been known to contain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and can help with exercise related pain, stiffness, and physical function.

It is important to remember that not all curcumin ingredients are alike. Ordinary curcumin is difficult for the body to absorb. Bioavailability is key maximum absorption. In the morning take two (2) caplets together with water, preferably with food, from the AM bottle. Then, on the same day, between 10 and 12 hours after the AM pills, take two (2) caplets together with water, preferably with food, from the PM bottle.
