Most glucosamines in the market today are made from animal sources such as crab, lobster, or shellfish. Therefore, those allergic had always needed to be careful or completely avoid Glucosamine ingredients. Missing out on Glucosamine and all of its benefits is not ideal. The more positive and clinically relevant studies have shown that high quality (pharmaceutical/USP grade) Glucosamine Sulfate at 1,500 mg dosage is more effective in supporting joint health. This is why Glucosamine Sulfate is considered to be one of the most popular and proven ingredients used to help with joint discomfort. Leading medical journals have cautioned that without head-to-head trials, other glucosamine products, like Glucosamine hydrochloride (HCI), may not provide the same benefits as Glucosamine Sulfate.

As a natural ingredient, Glucosamine Sulfate is essential in maintaining cartilage in the joints while defending, strengthening, and promoting overall joint flexibility. Take two (2) caplets together daily with water or juice, preferably with food. The recommended dosage for InvigoFlex® GS is 1,600mg split between two pills.

Due to its mechanism of action, the product may take 1-2 weeks, or possibly longer, to notice any effects. Optimal effects on joint mobility have been observed after 12 weeks of daily administration.
